iChuze Fitness Celebrates Heart Health
At the heart of iChuze Fitness, is kindness, giving back, and making an impact. We do it for our community, our loved ones, and our bodies, to keep us feeling complete. We’re excited to help spread awareness of the importance of heart health by providing healthy heart tips and workouts, and through our support of the American Heart Association!
For every activity pledged below that you do in support of your own heart health, we will donate $1 to the American Heart Association (up to $500)!

Walk your dog
Bike to work or to run an errand
Get up from your desk every hour and do 10 reps of your favorite exercises (lunges, squats, jumping jacks, or burpees)
Walk around (indoors or outdoors) while taking all phone calls
Spend as much time being active physically as you are on social media (EX: 15 min of phone time = 15 min of cardiovascular activity)
Perform exercises during commercials while watching your favorite show (EX: side lunges, squat jumps, walking push-ups, bicycle crunches)
