Billing & Account Questions

I'm an in-gym Chuze Fitness member. How do I get iChuze Fitness access?

If you're a MORE member, iChuze Fitness membership is included in your plan! If you are a Basic or Premium member, you have access to a discounted rate of $5.99. 

To see if you've received your login information, check your inbox and spam folder. 

New MORE members take up to 36 hours to be integrated into our iChuze Fitness system.

For MORE members only: if you are unable to find your invite email, follow the "reset password" instructions to create a new password for your account. You must use the same email address associated with your Chuze Fitness membership in order for this to work. 

How do I reset my password?

From the SIGN IN page, click Forgot Password, enter the email associated with your account, and click Send Instructions. The instruction email will arrive in your inbox shortly. In the instruction email, click Reset Password and you will be directed to select a new password before being redirected to the catalog page.

How do I change my password?

Once signed into your account, you can change your password by clicking My Account or Dashboard from the top navigation menu. Select Password and update your password.

How do I update my billing information?

Once signed into your account, you can update your billing information by clicking My Account or Dashboard from the top navigation menu. Select Billing and update your billing information.

How do I cancel my recurring subscription?

Once signed into your account, you can cancel your recurring subscription by clicking My Account or Dashboard from the top navigation menu. Select Billing and locate your subscription plan at the bottom of the page. Click Change Plan and Cancel Membership. Your membership will be canceled and your access will be removed at the end of your current payment period.

My credit card is being declined. Why is that?

Many credit/debit cards have online purchase restrictions. If your card is being declined, please contact your credit card company to let them know the purchase you would like to make is valid. Also, certain credit/debit cards do not allow for recurring subscription billing, and therefore, may be denied.

How do I apply a promo code to my account?

Existing Accounts: 

Please scroll to the link at the bottom of this page and select “Send us a message.” In the menu, there is an option to “Apply Promo Code to Account.”. Select that, type in the promo code, your iChuze email, and hit Submit. Please allow up to 1 week for this code to be applied to your account. 

New Accounts: 

When signing up for your account, on the “Complete order” screen, you will see an option on the right to enter a Discount Code. Enter your code and hit “Apply”. This code will be instantly applied to your order.

Is iChuze Fitness included in my Silver Sneakers membership?

Silver Sneakers provides members with access to a Basic in-gym Chuze membership. This entitles you to our lifetime members-only price of only $5.99/mo. Please refer to the above FAQ question regarding iChuze access for gym members. If you have upgraded your Silver Sneakerz membership to our in-gym More membership, you have free access to iChuze Fitness.

Playback Questions

My video does not playback smoothly. How can I fix this?

Video playback depends on several factors. To improve your playback experience, make sure you have a fast, stable internet connection. We recommend using the most recent version of Chrome, Firefox, or Safari. You may experience playback issues with outdated devices and browsers.

Can I watch videos on my TV?

Yes. By connecting your laptop directly to your TV with an HDMI cable, you will be able to watch videos from our site on your TV.

Can I watch videos on my phone or tablet without using an app?

Yes. Our website adapts to phone and tablet browsers so you can watch our content anywhere!

Which browsers are supported?

While we recommend using the latest version of Google Chrome, we also support Firefox and Safari browser released within the last five years. You may experience playback issues when using an out of date browser or any version of Internet Explorer.  

General FAQ

How often are new classes added?

New classes are added every Monday and Thursday. One GroupX style class and one Training style class are released each week. We also regularly release meditations, workout challenges, special release workouts, and more monthly!

How can I set up my Apple Watch?
